The Lash Game Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and sanitation standards within the beauty industry, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any opened, used, or applied products.

For health and safety reasons, lash adhesives, lash trays, primers, bonders, removers, cleansers, and other beauty products cannot be returned once purchased.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Improper use of products
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities
• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, The Lash Game may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Lash Game is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
