Allergic Reactions & Liability
The Lash Game is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, injuries, misuse, improper storage, or improper application of products. Customers are responsible for conducting patch tests when appropriate and following all product instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to sanitation and safety regulations, all sales are final.
Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Shipping Policy
